Cost is not important. If the course is well recommended then I dont mind paying.
Im looking for a quality course that offers a good informative study programme to learn all aspects of Web Design. I work abroad and travel often so going to a college/ uni to learn is not an option. It has to be an online course that is flexible but offers quality learning.
