what type of questions would a web developer ask from his client before the implemintation of a website.

Just think about what you need to do your job.
It’s important that you are very specific about their expectations, too. You don’t want them to expect one thing (one very unrealistic thing) when you’ve delivered something else. Remember they’re hiring you, because they more than likely don’t know how to do it themselves. Just be very detailed about the job. It’s better to provide more information to the client than not enough. Good luck.

Ask questions that will give you a solid understanding about the scope of work. Nothing will ruin a project as badly as miscommunicated needs. Make sure you and the client fully understand everything that is to be included on the web site.
